You and your child have the right to confidentiality regarding treatment sessions with Zoe OT Online. This means Zoe OT Online may not record or photograph sessions without prior consent from you or your child's parent/guardian.

As part of our holistic treatment approach, we often request permission to record or photograph sessions. These recordings help us review progress and provide clearer explanations during meetings with you.

Signing this waiver is entirely voluntary. If you have questions about the recording process or how recordings will be used, please speak with me before signing. We ensure all recordings maintain dignity and respect for your child's comfort.
If a child declines to be recorded, even with parental consent, we honor their choice—their sense of safety and our trust-relationship are paramount.

Zoe OT Online adheres to the professional standards for Occupational Therapy practice, conduct, and ethics as defined by the Royal College of Occupational Therapy and GDPR guidelines.

I understand that photos or recordings will be used by the therapist for personal analysis, reflection and collaboration with parents.
​
Recordings will not be shared outside Zoe OT Online without your written consent. All recordings will be stored on a secure password-protected and encrypted device and will be deleted once they are no longer needed for therapy support or immediately upon parental request.
